Well, one "fact" is that you hurt those you leave behind. I was an EMT for 18 years and worked quite a few suicides. One thing that will never leave my head are the screams of the family and friends when they find out someone they love left them in this way.
Another "fact" is that most suicidal people base their desire to kill themselves on temporary, resolvable problems. Whether it be a mental health issue, chemical dependence, financial problems, relationship or social problem. Once they get the help they need, solve the problem themselves or just ride it out until better times, they are usually glad they didn't act on their initial desire to take the easy way out.
I've never thought of committing suicide as "transferring ones energy". Interesting, I'll have to think about that.
I have thought of committing suicide. I decided not to do it. I don't recommend it to others either.
I would have to ask myself why you are considering the transfer of the "energy" of your life. Are you dissatisfied with were your energy is now? I know that I've had times where I was not happy with my energy placement.
"Life is difficult, Life is a series of problems. Discipline is the basic set of tools to solve problems. Without discipline we can solve nothing. What makes life difficult is that the process of confronting and solving problems is a painful one. And since life poses an endless series of problems, life is always difficult and is full of pain as well as joy. Problems are the cutting edge that distinguishes between success and failure. Problems call forth our courage and our wisdom; indeed, they create our courage and wisdom. It is only because of problems that we grow mentally and spiritually."
If you're asking can I give you a reason for one not to kill themselves it would be that it is one of the most selfish acts you can ever do, ending your own misery and leaving everyone else with powerful grief and guilt for the rest of their lives.
If you're asking if I can disprove that death leads to other things that may be preferable to this life I cannot.

Not sure what you are asking, but one can surround themselves in white light of protection, or pink light of love.
