Can you sublet (sublease) a land contract?
I thinking about purchasing a home for a really good price on a land contract. I want to rent it out, as opposed to living in the space. Can I legally do that?

You can if there is no clause preventing you from doing so in your contract. A land contract is much like a lease until the principal is paid in full.
