If a company has a policy in which is unfair to someone and is completely biased and they have claimed that you have "violated" the policy, is it possible to file a lawsuit for an policy like this or can a company make a policy anything they want it to be?
Update:Ok, let me rephrase this, can you sue and WIN over a company who has an invalid policy? Such as being unfair to certain buyers, people etc.?

Yes, it is often unfair and biased, yet completely legal. Or it could be fair and unbiased and completely illegal. For instance, a policy of preventing solicitors for charity at your shopping mall may be perfectly legal, if not fair to charities. A similar policy, allowing/prohibiting only Catholic charities to solicit, might be a problem or might not, depending upon local laws.
In any case, you can certainly take any grievance with the policy to those who MAKE the policy, ask for an explanation, then take the response to an attorney for determination of whether is might be illegal.
A company can make any policy they want, as long as it does not relate to bias of against a protected class. Being unfair to someone doesn't count. It has to be unfair to specific groups of people (age, gender, ethnicity, religion, race, sexual orientation, etc.)
What are your damages? If you violated the policy, stop doing that. If you were terminated, they have that right. Again, if it's not because you are a protected class. I have to wonder if you ever read the company policy manual. You should always do that when you start a job, if they have one.
You have no basis for a lawsuit.
If it's because you are in a protected class, contact the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
But from your description, that's not the case.
You have no legal standing to sue a company for company policies you don't care for. You assume that the policy is "invalid," but you don't say why. As long as the policy does not violate any laws, it is legal and enforceable.
You can sue anyone. THE hypothetical you pose is utterly without merit in labor law and would have no chance of winning.
