Cabbage is much like any other plant. From seedling to a certain size they can be transplanted easily but there comes a certain point when the size and complexity of the root ball makes it almost impossible to save enough to support the plant after transplanting. I suspect you would waste a lot of time, and cabbages, trying to move them once the head has developed. Buy some more plants for the other location.
