Can you use Isofix car seat bases in a 2002 Toyota yaris?
I have a 2002 Toyota Yaris and noticed it has "ISOFIX" written on tags attached to the seat but I cant seem to find the connections to attach the Isofix car seat base. Has anyone else had this?
Put your hand in the crease between the seat bottom and seat back and feel around. You should feel the anchors in there- they are pretty deep in some seats. There should be two U shaped hooks for each outboard seat. Toyota does not allow "borrowing" the two inner anchors to install a seat in the middle. If you need a seat in the middle you must use the seat belt.

I'm sure they are there - you just have to feel for them alongside the places the seat belts come out between the seat and seat back.
