Contact Immigration Canada, or visit the nearest Canadian Embassy, to get the correct answers to your questions - it's important that you get things straight, right from the beginning, so you don't end up in a tangle.
As a Canadian citizen, your spouse can sponsor you, for immigration to Canada, under the "Spousal Visa Program ". It will take about a year for you to be qualified, after you arrive in Canada, so don't plan on being able to work right away. She of course can apply for any job that she is qualified to perform in Canada.
