Can't open .exe files? BIG problem!?
whenever i open an .exe file, it says "location of the file"/"filename.exe"/ is not a valid Win32 application(i.e. D:\Downloads\chromeinstall.exe is not a valid Win32 application) Please help i have tried using the registry editor but it still won't work

Did you recently update your anti-virus? Sometimes anti-virus will corrupt when installing.
The answer is to find a way to download the full setup for the anti-virus program you are using, go into Safe Mode (hit f8 repeatedly when you turn your computer on), and uninstall the anti-virus completely. Then, restart your computer, go back into normal windows, ensure your internet connection is off, and install the anti-virus. If the anti-virus requires you to be on the internet towards the end of the setup, turning on the internet at that point is fine.
