Car into ditch a few questions?
Hi, Last night I was drinking and driving and crashed at my school's parking lot. No other cars were in involved, I got stuck in the grass. And my car caught on fire, and burned. The officer, asked If I drove I said no, and asked where the driver, went I said he left. I made up some dumb name, common. The cops asked if were drinking I said no. My question is if did not get a sobriety test or breath thing. Can they still prove I was drinking if I just torn up some grass? They would have arrested me right their if they thought, I was guilty of a DWI?My car is totaled and insurance adjuster is going to check it out. If I was not charged with any, stuff. Can I get the damages aided for/ helped with money.

Its only a matter of time. you did not get away with anything. (you think you did) your trying to see if you can get out of trouble but things have a way of not working out when the lies come undone like no one ever heard of the guy you made up and there is no record of him.
