Can it be done? Can you turn carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide? I've found that its possible to turn carbon dioxide into carbon monoxide, but could you reverse it?
Would it be possible to just add an oxygen to it? Or is more complicated? Or even impossible?
Any information on this subject would be deeply appreciated.

Its actually a very simple reaction - its called a "water gas shift reaction", and is exothermic, producing hydrogen.
You take water (steam), mixed with carbon dioxide, and a transition metal or transition metal oxide.
Your best bet is to research this reaction by name. Be sure to include the "shift", since a water gas reaction is used to PRODUCE carbon monoxide (which is actually a very useful precursor gas in industry.
Cheers!
Carbon Monoxide is a lot greater deadly as a chemical because it binds irreversibly with the Haemaglobin on your blood so which you won't be able to transport Oxygen while Carbon Dioxide basically isn't oxygen and so if there is too a lot CO2 there will be no oxygen to breath. (It additionally might reason unbalence in somewhat some the bodies chemical mechanisms yet i don't think of that's that substantial of a deal)
yes, carbon monoxide will burn in the presence of oxygen, a catalytic converter in an auto does just this using catalysts instead of a flame
