We also feed a stray cat. She was eating a chicken leg from my hand and stuck her claw in my hand whilst trying to get it by mistake. She pierced my finger and i bled. I am still alive to tell the tale. Yes they can carry a lot of bacteria but if it is a clean cat i would not worry.
It's always possible for an outdoor cat to have nasty bacteria to spread to a cut, but as long as you cleaned the cut well I wouldn't worry.
