I'm writing a novel right now. And as everyone know, no human is perfect, so does my character.
But I just can't decide a flaw that my two major character should have. Pls help??
The personality is like
his: easygoing, somewhat charmer, very loyal and caring to his girl
her: always want to help other, daredevil, a bit pessimistic (and that's not enough to be her major flaw)
and also, one important character too:
personality (girl) : fun, always relax anytime any condition, love the guy who love the major girl (it's like: this girl > the guy > major girl > major guy)

Here are some great sites which list a bunch of character flaws/weaknesses:

Hope this helps!
Give them flaws that correspond to the theme. For instance, if your story is about unrequited love then make one of them unable to forgive and/or trust people and the other a fear of abandonment. Or if the story is about living life to the fullest, then make one character obsessive compulsive and paranoid. And make another character overly zealous to the point where they are reckless. Whatever you want to do...just make sure the flaws will push the plot along and reinforce your theme and whatever it is your trying to say about your story.
It would be silly to write about neglect but have one character fear aliens or excessive body hair. So the flaws and fears and phobias need to correspond to the story's plot and the theme...at least their major flaws should. Good luck with it.
I already answered this. I could tell you 'make them lazy', and it probably wouldn't work in your story.
You have to figure this one out yourself. I personally didn't make a list of my characters' flaws. There's no point really. When you create the character, they should just have flaws.
Look at this 'trait': 'very loyal and caring to his girl'
That could be a flaw, if it means that he loses his friends because of all the time he spends caring for the girlfriend. Anything can be a flaw given the context, and this depends on your story.
Here are a few character flaws, apply them to one of your characters if you want to-
-slight arrogance, vanity
-bad temper, liable to lose it with people
-impatience
-laziness, moaning when having to do work
-jealous, revenge-seeking (you could maybe use this for the second girl, because she could be jealous of the attention the guy gives the first girl)
Another tip for when you're writing your novel. It's spelt 'please' not 'pls'. (Only joking)
His: Worrywart
Hers: Cares WAY too much
Hers: A bit obsessed with herself
