Even though both are in two different countries, don't you find it ironic how different both are. Ciudad Juarez has soaring crime and murder rate, beingconsideredd the most violent city outside of a war zone.

While of all the cities with a pop. of 500,000 or above, el Paso has the lowest murder rate. both cities have the same demographics, with more than 4/5 of El Paso'spop. mexican. Why is this ?
