No. A laser will not close your piercing hole. Lasers are mainly used, in medicine, to destroy and reshape flesh. Time will close the hole, unless you have massive holes from stretched piercings. In that case you will need a skin graft. Any facial piercing closes up fairly quickly. If you want it to close, just take out the jewelry and leave it out. Should close in a week or two with standard piercing gauge needles.
If it was pierced a few years ago... it should be closed already. Cartilage piercings close unbelievably fast. When i took my nose ring out, it closed completely within a week.
