Compaq Laptop Probablams ?
I have a compaq laptop it is just a little over a year old, and it when you turn it on, it acts and sounds like it comes but the screen does not come on, but then you might try it again later and every once in a while it comes on, any idea what it could be?

It could be the connection between your screen and the computer. Just hook another up to the VGA connector if you have one, and if it works, then you know that its somewhere in your laptops screen or connection.

Lol, Hey! Awkward me answering this, there's a reset button on the bottom of most computers. You will most likely lose all of your "data" or w/e you have saved on there, but it's worth a try. It most likely just needs reset. Or if it's easier just take off the battery. If that doesn't work take it to a shop, it's in the wiring. That's all I know to do. Bye DDDDDD :P
