When writing a comparative essay, i know you state your thesis in the intoduction and conclusion, but do you state it in your arguments as well? So like, are you constantly trying to prove it?
You state your thesis in the introduction and then you rework your thesis in the conclusion based upon the arguments you made in the supports.
So it should look like this.
Intro/Thesis
Argument 1 for thesis
Argument 2 for thesis
Argument 3 for thesis
Conclusion: in the conclusion do not simply just state the thesis again, you must rework it so you are proving it somehow.
Hope this helps you out. Also check out http://owl.english.purdue.edu/ for tips on all things related to writing.
