No matter how you look at it, Jesus' death cannot be called "suicide by cop". If the Biblical story is even at least partly true, then he sacrificed himself for some kind of higher purpose (whatever that was, is a matter for another discussion). If the story is completely false, then he was just a deranged troublemaker with delusions of becoming a king who irritated the Romans and the Jewish priesthood once too often (and thus not somebody who wanted to die).
