I'm 15 years old, never had sex before, so an STI is not possible. For about the past week, I've had an itchy vagina. Its not really internal, its just around the opening, and its really uncomfortable. I can't think of any reasonable explanation besides shaving 'down there', but I haven't shaved for a few days and its not getting any better. I googled it, and a lot of results said yeast infection.. I don't want to ask my mother, since its really embarrassing. Any idea's are welcome..

Yeast infection probably, get some cream from the chemist. Most girls/women get this several times during their life its no big deal and nothing to do with shaving. If you shave and then don't shave you will itch from regrowth around 10 days from the last time you shaved, this is all over your pubic area and lasts 2-3 days then subsides. Thrush (candida/yeast infection) usually causes a thick cheesey discharge too.
Yep sounds like a yeast infection, go to your doctor who will subscribe some special treatment for it, also tell your mum as most females have had it at some point.
