Im a distance runner and I am trying to figure out whether cristmas tree spikes are for sprinters or distance runners. Can I use cristmas tree spikes as a 1600 and 3200m runner?
Some tracks do not allow those spikes. You will be better off using a pyramid spike not longer than 1/8 or 1/4 inch.
