So, it's been a month now without internet, and I haven't yet been able to see a professional. I've tried EVERYTHING I possibly could with my limited computer knowledge.

One day, I was deleting unwanted programs from my computer, during which, my computer disconnected from the home network. Not a normal dropped signal where I can simply go to my network sharing center and reconnect. The network itself literally disappeared off the face of the Earth. I don't know what the hell I did, but my computer has been unable to find the network ever since. Or any network at all! The wifi is indeed on. I know that isn't the issue, because even when I connect a modem or router through an ethernet cable, my computer remains unresponsive.

Someone, if you know anything at all, please help!
