Your computer is capable of two PCI cards and two PCIEX cards. if your ATI Radeon card is a PCI or PCIEX you will be OK.
If the slot says PCI-E x16 then you are good to get a latest video card. Any video card manufactured in the past couple of years will work in your computer.
You want a pcie video card, put it in the pcie 16 slot.
Almost all video cards now are pcie16, but verify you have a large enough power supply before buying!
Look at the nvidia 500 series or amd 6000 series
I'm pritty sure most Graphics cards will be compatible with your PCI slots.
