Here are my specs what is a avergae psu wattage to get will it run on a 550watt? or do i need more i will have to get it from this website whats a good psu on this webstie www.msy.com.au

Yes it will run more than fine on a quality branded 550W psu.
Yes, a good branded 550W power supply (Corsair, Antec, XFX, OCZ, Silverstone, Enermax etc) is fine. If you have a low-quality PSU like Diablotek or Logisys, then 550W would not be enough- those cheap brands deliver much less than their advertised rating.

Keep in mind the GTX 560 requires dual PCI-E connectors (6-pin), not just one.
