after having the hard drive wiped you would need to reinstall windows and all the drivers for your model to get everything working again, if you dont have the drivers you can get them from the pc makers web site, try looking for downloads and drivers on their site, download the ones for your model and operating system, and install them. im assuming you have the windows recovery disc that will have come with the pc, if you do you should also have the drivers in the recovery process, probably on a seperate disc
