You need to set the in-game resolution to the same as your standard resolution.What is happening is that the resolution the game is set to is smaller than the native resolution of your monitor. Since some LCD panels do a pixel for pixel address, you are going to be missing the outer pixels.For example, if you have a native resolution of 1280x1024 and you play a game at 1024x768 then it is going to be framed with a black margin because of the difference in resolution.
