I've got a computer that hasn't been on or touched for several months after the monitor died and after finally getting a new monitor for it, It wont turn on correctly, Whenever I turn it on, It doesnt completely start correctly and it instead the screen turns blank and I hear an annoying beeping noise that goes off every 2 seconds, Whenever I try to even go to safe mode or safe mode with networking it does it again and I end up shutting it down, When I tried it again, It tells me that it's possibly corrupt despite the fact It hasnt been touched it months and it's seen no internet use either?

Is there anyway I can fix this?

The monitor I've got it brand new and it's been recently installed.
