So, I've been using this older computer recently, It's got a 3Ghz Pentium D processor, and 500Mb of ram. I think it should at least be able to handle something like HL2, or at least Morrowind! But whenever I try to play a game it looks okay, then (in HL2's case) Whenever I get near certain things and textures, usually people, these weird colored shards start coming out of them, like a bunch of small white strips flickering around their body. Water doesn't work well either(morrowind). What's wrong?????
