Computer won't recognize Ipod?
Whenever I plug the USB cord into my computer and my iPod, I get a message saying, "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."
What do I do? I really want to update my iPod.

just reset it unplug ipod from computer and press menu and the center buttons at the same time until the apple appears
