Theres really no big diffrence. There diffrent in one small way the name is just diffrent and there a bit more stronger so they wont rip as easily. Those are the only diffrence bewteen twisted plesure and regular condoms.:)

Her pleasure has horizontal grooves and twisted has twisted grooves around. the Her pleasure caters more to where the woman likes the grooves where as the twisted just feels kinda cool. They are both of equal protection though so do not worry about that. During intercourse they don't really feel significantly different
