Contractual Claims & Disputes?
I was wondering where to find a contractual claim regarding delays in contract period of twelve buildings due to remaining structural drawings not submitted from the engineer/client within a period of contract.

You Can file a suit for specific performance of the contract or file a suit for damages and claim money. In the United States, punitive damages are generally not awarded for breach of contract but may be awarded for other causes of action in a lawsuit.
