Verizon has a lot of cool phones with full keyboards. I have the Glyde, and I love it. It has a full keyboard, and a touch screen and it slides up. The enV is cool too. It has numbers on the outside, then you can flip it sideways and there's a full keyboard. There's this other phone that this one girl at my school has that's really cool. I can't remember what it was called, but it was just a touch screen and then you could attach a keyboard. There's probably more phones like that you should check out the verizon website.
Lucky for you there are hundreds of cool phones with a full QWERTY keyboard! Now it depends what kind of plan you want with your phone, or what other features you want it to include. If your looking for a contract phone with a good keyboard and some other neat features, I suggest verizon, there are a few Env's and the Voyager is also good. If you want a pay as you go phone, I would probably suggest Virgin Mobile, they have some cool phones like the WildCard(i own one), the Xtc, and they also have the Ocean 1&2:however those are contract phones. The wildcard is great! It has an excellent camera, keyboard, dual screen, music ringtones, picture messaging, but unfortauntly it doesn't send/recieve or record video. Hope I helped, and just keep in mind that your options are endless if you are willing to do a little research! (:
