Custody issue please help!?!?
I'm 25 and my son is 3 years old. I would like to move to FL to live with my parents and go to school full time. His father has not worked in nearly two years and I want the option to give my son a comfortable life and stability. His father will not consent so I would like to know if it is possible to get a court order for relocation from a judge. Also I would pay any expenses for the child to see his father and travel with him until he is old enough.

There is no issue. He doesn't work and I am guessing because of this he doesn't help support his child. The court will approve the move because you are bettering yourself for the sake of your son. All you will have to do is work out a visitation schedule. So his father not giving consent will not hold up in court unless he has a good reason.
