Right now my ex and I are going back to court.I am trying to modify our current joint custody to sole custody.I have a whole list of reasons why.My husband's company has went though some massive changes that are reducing his hours alot I am looking for work and have a couple of interviews lined up.I don't have any family that lives near me so if I have to work and my current husband has to be the one to drop my son off to my ex ,can my ex say anything about that?
what I meant to ask is.Can my ex say anything if I am at work and my husband has to be the one to meet him with my son instead of me
Thank you at least I am looking its not what I really want to do but it is work.One of the reasons I am taking him back to court is because he hasn't had a job since 2007
Update:I would not be happy with him staying over there with him like that because of several reasons the most important is his health in question when he is there.As well as my ex's new married girlfriend

Of course not... what if your dropped your son at daycare and your ex husband had to pick him up from there... It doesn't "have to" be you if its not convenient! It doesn't mean that your husband is spending more time with him than you are, he's just doing the drop off. If your ex husband doesn't have and job and isn't working, what's wrong with your son spending Mon-Fri with him and you get your son on weekends??? It'd be better for your son to spend time with family wouldn't it?
