They have alot of major problems.
First, they built a team with low character guys like T.O., and convicts like PacMan Jones. Team chemistry and morale suffers when they have to play ball with these type of clowns.
Second, their defense is not consistent, and gives up big plays. It fell apart last night in the 2nd half against Baltimore, and the 4rth quarter against the Steelers.
Third, The boys need more from Romo then what he can give. He is not the next Aikman.
Witten was so amazing tonight.
