When you destroy it by battle, Dimensional Fissure removes it from play instead of sending it to the graveyard, allowing you to special summon it with it's effect at the end phase.

Yes, at the end phase of that turn he is then summoned to your side of the field..but..if your opponent takes control of him and he is destroyed, he is not special summoned

Yes he is but if he gets special summoned at the end phase and somebody activates bottomless than he doesn't.
