si te fijas, el par ordenado que tienes ahí, el 0, pertenecce a X, por lo que el 2 pertenece a Y... entonces lo unico que debes hacer es una ecuacion de 1er grado, reemplazando ese "0" de la X, en la recta "3x+2y-4 =0" ... y queda ( 3 por 0 ) + 2y - 4 = 0 ... para saber si pertenece tienes que despejar el valor de Y, y corroborar que sea 2... asi el punto (0,2) SI pertenece a la recta.
