I don't see why Congress wouldn't like the terms. The exact terms won't be hammered out until this summer but it looks like a good deal for all the countries that were negotiating the treaty except Iran. Without the deal, Iran goes back to being isolated and doing what it wants. With the deal, we have inspections, unparalleled access, 97% reduction in nuclear material, and at least a decade worth of assurances that nothing will change. Plus, any violation and the sanctions automatically snap back into place.
