So for the past few years ive been having deja vu/ small premonition things. I'll dream of the situation and its sequence, and within time it'll act out.
I did a bit of research on this online, and the only way science has been able to account for deja vu experiences is a chemical thing in your brain where it thinks it's seen the situation before but hasn't really.
This doesn't explain my experience of it, because I can predict what will happen next, and it'll happen, with everything being exactly the way I remember it.
It's not just ..'oh i have feeling I've seen this before' but 'and next this will happen, and this...'
So, I have an open mind to an extent, but is this really a premonition?? Or a small psychic ability coming through? It's been getting more and more frequent lately.
Interested to hear everybody's thoughts.

it is normal .if u focus on someting or somebody in day,u will dream them in night ,or the closest people you can have a hunch when something happened to them.
The same things happens to me too. I have a dream of a place and a few days or months later i show up somewhere ive never been and deja vu. It looks exactly like it did in the dream.
REMEMBER the baseball guy who once said," this is just like deja vu all over again ". { Yogi Berra }...{ science will always tell you it's all in your head } I believe that the paranormal is a special gift,whether it be deja vu or hauntings or anything else "special" to us.Scientists will always say negative comments because they haven't studied it. If they were more open to this subject,they might just come to the concept of the paranormal..
This actually doesn't sound like deja vu and more like a ESP thing. My great grand mother supposedly had the same ability. Maybe you should research more on that instead.
Congratulations! It sounds like you're starting to develop the ability called precognition. People who can see the future, start off as people (like you), with things that seem like déja vu. If you practice hard enough, you can develop this ability. My friend can see things about to happen. We surrounded ourselves with other psychics, and our power grew. You should embrace this ability. I know what it feels like, the same thing happens to me, and when it happens you just sort of know whats going to happen to a certain point when it happens, then i feel like woah....
