Remove the power cable and wait 1 minute. Now, plug it back in and try it. There is a safety mechanism that often prevents damage to the computer which is why it is blinking.

Now, if you hear any beeps like, 2 short beeps, or 1 long beep and 1 short .etc...m let me know. i will tall you where the problem is. This way you know exactly what to say if it needs repair.
