For the past few days, occasionally when I turn on the laptop laptop , nothing happens, instead, I see strange colors and dark blue vertical stripes. However, if I shut the laptop down for a while, it works again. But even when windows is running, sometimes it crashes and the screen goes berserk.What's causing this? Thanks
