I would say get a second opinion. Nausea and Vomiting can loosely be symptoms of diabetes due to a high blood sugar. To put it simply, if you DO have diabetes, the vomiting (and frequent urination) is a for the body to get rid of Ketones, which are poisoning the body. Nausea could also be from high blood sugars.

As for a abdominal pain, there is little reason diabetes would cause that.

Go to another doctor and see what they have to say, also see if you could get your blood sugar tested.

If anything, I would say you have pancreatitis.

Go to the doc and get a total blood work up. Could be a couple of different things going on. The nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain nearly sound like appendicitis.
