The paladin can heal others with either of the two auras he has (prayer and cleansing) as well as holy bolt which will in fact heal other players.

Prayer is the healing aura of the Paladin. Thats the only one I remember.

I cannot think of any character class who can heal themselves. All must either eat items, drink potions, or visit the various healers....
