I know that precocious puberty is basically early puberty. But how early is considered too early?
I started developing breasts when I was 8, I got my first period when I was 10, I started wearing deodorant when I was 9, I started shaving when I was 9, and I started getting acne when I was 11. I don't remember when I started getting pubic hair, but I know it was before 10 years old.
So did I go through precocious puberty? And if so, what are the health risks? Would I go through menopause earlier than normal? Would it be harder for me to have kids?
Thanks!
Update:Q- I started puberty at 8 years old.

Nothing can be diagnosed on line, you would need to see a medical prof. I started at that age so yes it is normal, precocious is before age 8.
10 is not really precocious puberty. It's at the early edge of normal. Average age has become 11, having reduced from 14 over the course of the 20th century. Precocious puberty would be any time before around age 9. There are 5 year olds who reach puberty. Even 2 year olds, or kids only a few months old! THAT'S precocious.
You will not reach menopause any earlier--there's no correlation.
Health risks--slightly elevated risk of breast and ovarian cancer.
No problems with having kids.
Since we are not medically trained and neither is the internet....you need to ask a real doctor in a real office with real credentials.
Talk to your doctor.
