Of course he has, and still is. In general republicans have a deep seated undercurrent of racism. They have opposed Obama in everything he has tried to do or even proposed to do. Now they have notified him not to even bother nominating anyone for the supreme court (which is a constitutional duty of all presidents) because they will not even consider the issue. Whatever the issue was or is they were against it. They have tried 60 times to kill the Affordable Care Act, in every way possible. They have sued him over many issues. They have disrespected him in every manner possible. A VERY telling statistic: For an entire century from the year 1900 to 200 in all the congressional elections there has been only 2 black republican congressmen(no women) ever elected. From 1935 to the year 2000 there have been 64 black democratic congress men and women elected. Such an extreme disparity tells you something.

Yes he did! He created a lot of racism so far in his presidency! Every chance he got, he used the race card. Examples of late were the problems in Ferguson, Missouri, Boston, Massachusetts, etc.. Somehow, whenever the situation involved black on white crimes, Obama was nowhere to be found. Only after he was made to feel guilty about some of these cases, did he emerge from the white house or the golf course to merely make an appearance to satisfy the news media.
The fact that a black person addresses actual racism is not playing the race card, it's pointing out realities that some whites don't want addressed because they resent being called out on their historical reputation for oppressing and abusing minorities. Ironically, race card accusing whites will immediately follow the criticism with their own use of the race card, by complaining of white discrimination and suffering, expressing their distain for white accountability as an unfair expectation. They are adamant that racism against minorities does not exist today, that white privelige is a myth, but that there is an anti-white conspiracy to force them into undeserved personal shame and guilt for racial atrocities from America's past.
Did Obama EXPERIENCE any racism during his presidency? Almost Certainly YES! Did he experience any racism in the office that effected policy? Thats far more complicated.
I think President Obama would be better qualified to answer this question than the people here on Yahoo Answers, you know he once placed a question on here, in 2008.
But based on what I have seen here on Yahoo Answers, I would say Michelle Obama has faced a lot more racism.

In that regard Obama hasn't experienced much if any racism. He has experienced considerable dislike and opposition.... for whatever the reasons.... THAT is bigotry, not racism.
He is being called the N word because he is seen as a traitor to the black community and is not showing empathy and giving all his attention to police brutality, instead he is fixated on giving too much religious freedom to Muslims and is letting their Allah punishment culture be an excuse for him to give them extra American advantages not discrediting them for using the racist card, when it is American blacks being assaulted and murder. I can also see Barrack Obama having martial problems with his wife due to his Muslim background even though he claims he is a Christian, he is obviously a cultural relativist for advocating Muslims without thinking twice on what happens to the rest of the American population?
Earlier in his presidency he heard a few racial slurs here and there; other than
that he is a black servant to radical Muslims who don't engage in violence but Taqiyai (deceptive tactics).
I think it's racist that Barrack Obama rather listen to ONLY Muslims for recognition and respect and not his other fellow Americans of different races and nationalities. Let's put culture aside, culture is just an excuse to reasons why it is the way things are, instead what matters more is being a humanitarian.

Obama created racism while President.

I don't think your asking the right question, did Obama create any situations where he brought race as the reason? yes
Well, in my own opinion.
