Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding the signs and symptoms of pregnancy is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience signs or symptoms of pregnancy within a week of conception. For other women, pregnancy symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all.

I've had two babies and didn't believe I was pregnant either time until my 12 week scan, despite the positive hpts. No symptoms (good or bad). Just didn't feel any different at all. Have to say I loved being pregnant though, especially when my bumps started to show - there really is no other feeling like it.
I didn't feel pregnant at all!!
I was getting terrible stomach pains & i was back & forth to the doctors but no one figured out what was wrong. One day it was particularly bad so my fiance rushed me to the hospital. They took blood, urine & did loads of tests. They came back & said, "congratulations! You're pregnant!"
It was a total shock! We had obviously been trying but only just started trying & i had had a period that month.
We were so happy though. It was just before Xmas & we told everyone on Christmas day!
Strangely enough, the stomach pains stopped as soon as we knew i was pregnant! Must have been baby trying to tell us he was there!â¥á¦â¥
I did feel pregnant from the very beginning. I knew I was pregnant straight away.
Both my pregnancies were very different and yet had subtle similarities.
It is an amazing experience, and certainly changed my outlook on life in general.
With my 1st, I didn't feel pregnant. I got BAD morning sickness at 5 weeks and then I felt pregnant after that.
With my 2nd I felt pregnant straight away but we wanted another baby soo bad that I think I just talked myself into feeling it before I took the test lol. It still definately 'feels' more real when your baby bump starts to appear.
with my triplets yeah i felt pregnant- i was sikc and naseous all the time and the bump appeared around 12 weeks!
with my wee daughter Molly no. I got a bump around 16 weeks but as i hadn't lost all of my baby weight from the triplets i looked more pregnant - i felt pregnant when i felt her kick - its amazing but before that i didn't feel very pregnant at all
i did not feel pregnant untill i felt my baby move that was about 15 weeks up untill then aside from being tired and throwing up i didn't feel any different.. didn't look any different..it took me a long time to finally feel pregnant..im 25 weeks now and i definatly feel pregnant.. and i can't wait to meet my daughter
