Cane Corsos and Presas are much larger than Pit Bulls. All can be aggressive and not good with children if not properly trained and exposed to children at a young age.
Actually, those three breeds are incredibly different, both in personality and appearance.
Cane corsos were designed to be hog catching and property guarding dogs in Southern Italy. They are much more energetic than the average mastiff and more driven. Of the three breeds, I would say that their temperament is the most determined by socialization. I have met both very sweet and dangerously aggressive cane corsos. I would probably never have a cane corso around young children.
Press Canarios were bred to fight to the death by the natives of the Canary Islands. The dogs were so famed that they gave the islands their name. Presas are very energetic. I would probably not have a press with children.
Pit bulls were bred as dog fighters, hog hunters, and general purpose working dogs in the United States from British terriers and bulldogs. Bred to have minimal levels of human aggression, well bred pit bulls are one of the gentlest and most tolerant breeds with young children.
For starters- Two breeds from separate places. The Cane Corso is an Italian Mastiff. The Presa Canario is from the Canary Islands/Spain. Canes I believe are more bulky and have looser skin. They were bred to guard/protect livestock and the household. The presa I believe is more slim and fit, they were bred to work the livestock.
You have listed three dog breeds that are illegal in some countries to no fault of their own, but because off the people that owned them. That does not make the breed in general aggressive or bad with children and I am sick off people not accepting the blame on themselves.
As for differences they are three totally different breeds.
The Cane Corso originating from Italy, ranging from a weight off 40 to 50kg, and a height off 58 to 70cm. They where wild boar and cougar hunter. Being well muscled and less bulky than most other similar breeds.
Now the Presa Canario originated from Spain. Slightly bigger weight range, from 37 to 59kg, and heights ranging from 56 to 65cm. This breed is known for and should have a sloping top line. They where bred to guard.
Now the AMERICAN Pit Bull Terrier, is a breed off dog originally from America, whos ancestors came from England and Ireland. They where first used to bait bulls and bears. The APBT should be lean and athletic, not muscular. In a weight range off 13 to 27kg, and a height off 43 to 56cm.
The Canary Islands are identified for being the sunlight middle of Europe! See that sun with hotelbye . Canary Islands offer a mild temperatures and a range of fantastic natural attractions. Five of their seven islands have already been stated a Biosphere Reserve, and the archipelago has four national parks. Probably the most exceptional attractions in Canary Islands would be the beaches as they are just perfect for soothing in sunlight or enjoying water sports such as windsurfing and scuba diving. In Canary Islands you will also be impressing by the inner attraction like: walking, period touring, climbing and actually caving. Some of the most spectacular attractions of Canary Islands are: the volcanic scenery of Lanzarote, the beaches of Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria using their sand dunes, or the green forests of La Palma and La Gomera.
I would not have any of theses breeds around kids, especially the cane corse and press canaria. Very powerful and dominant breeds that should only be owned by an experienced dog handler in my opinion.

in fact both corso and pit are well known for being good with children. And nope, they don't look similar at all.
