There was a special issue of EXTRA, where they interviewed the cast; the interviewer was asking James Marsden (who plays the Prince), "why he will lose the girl again" (meaning, Giselle won't choose him, so the only one's left is the lawyer) and Marsden replied that he will get "the other girl", the lawyer's fiancé, played by Idina Metzel.

So, to make it short, Giselle will choose the lawyer.
