A).7x^7/ 4x^2 divide by 56x/32x^3
B). (y-6)^2/5 divide by 5y-30/25
Question A
(7x^7) (32) x³
----------------------
4x² 56 x
x^7
Question B
Presentation is not good I`m afraid.
I think you mean , NOT as given , but :-
(y - 6)² / 5
---------------
(5y - 30) / 25
25 (y - 6)²
25 (y - 6)
y - 6
PS
Brackets MUST be used in questions !
7x^7/ 4x^2=7x^5/4
so a=(7x^5* 32x^3)/(4* 56x)
=224* x^8/224x
=x^7
(5y-30)/25=5(y-6)/25=(y-6)/5
so b=(y-6)^2/5 * 5/(y-6)
=(y-6)^(2/5 -1) *5
=(y-6)^(-3/5) *5
=5 / ((y-6)^(3/5))
when you divide a fraction, it's equivalent to multiply by the reciprocal.
so for both parts, flip the second fraction and then multiply the two fractions together.
