Divorce laws in nevada?
My aunt is married to a guy (they've been seperated 5 years) and she cannot get in contact with him to get him to sign divorce papers (he refuses and says its till death do us part...if you get my drift VERY abusive guy) is there any way she can legally divorce him without having him sign?

She can file and he will be served to appear if he wants to contest the divorce he will have to show that it is in their best interest to stay together and if they have been separated for 5 years that is obviously not the case a judge will grant her the divorce.}{
