I don't think you have much experience with dogs. Dogs aren't messy poopers. Long haired dogs might run into some issues on occasion but generally dogs are pretty clean when they go to the bathroom. If they weren't not many people would be so willing to have them in their house.

Forget about getting a dog if your major issue is that they poop "cleanly" - that's the weirdest thing I've heard in a long time.
Puppies poop, sometimes all over the place, sometimes they have diarrhea --- and you need to clean it up.
Forget it, get a rabbit, they poop in neat little pellets, you sure aren't dog owner material.
