Do Loreal Whitening products contain bleach?
My fried uses 'Loreal White Perfect Re-Lighting Whitening Gentle Moisturising Day Cream' everyday and after reading some articles about how skin bleaching can cause cancer, she's TERRIFIED!!
But does this certain Loreal product contain bleach and is it safe to use?

When a company like L'Oreal or any other make products , they have very tight quality contols + permissions from various Govt Controlled authorities of its safety, before they market a product
Yes all Lightening creams will contain bleach but its not the same bleach , Çommercial Bleach you find on the supermarkets shelves!
