Do plastic containers make a difference in alcohol taste?
I'm making an old family recipe alcoholic beverage that requires a large container. Does a plastic one that you would use for maybe tea or lemonade make a difference, or should I get glass?

Get a glass bowl....
Glass is always safe. However, for short-term storage (up to a week or two), any food-grade plastic should be fine.
